Well im dead just done 1 hour 35 minutes on the wii fit and according to that I have lost 6lb since last week im not convinced though 2lbs will do me x

How does that compare with what you have actually lost?

I have geared myself up for a big loss deep down the scales say 5lb lighter I know when I get there I will be lucky for 2lb x
 
yeh bout the same... ive not really done much since xmas...

thats why im so peed off. .. any loss is great :)
 
so i lost all of 1/2 a pound humpfhh :cry:


but the only way im going to overcome this deflated oompfhness is to get bak on it....soo im going to try my hardest to the special k diet aslwell but what im guna do it have special k for brekki then sarni for lunch and a nice healthy ww dinner of sum sorts xx
 
its still a loss hun,

i think that set up is destined to fail tbh.... not being mean or pessimistic..

but you cant honestly expect to do that everyday hun, some days you are hungrier that other, some days your out... etc etc

for me those ww meals didnt even used to toucht the surface they were that small, not to mention they are processed and not very healthy...

I strongly recommend sw, you wont go hungry i promise :)

Ive been reading your up and down times while losing weight and its nice to know that we all have them.

Im trying to shift some of my 90lb excess before TTC in october. I used to do slimming world which i loved but not sure as im not keen on the leader thats local to me. I could drive to the next class along or try WW. Any advice?

Im feeling positive I have worked hard and done at least an hour every night on the wii fit I have stuck to the plan and kept well within my syns I think the gain I had last week has knocked me back to reality.

I have found in the heat I am not hungry so havent been eating as much but when I do I have been having loads of salads.

Truth will be told tonight though.

Im glad your feeling more positive hun changing your day has obviously helped as well

Ive done both plans and I def recommend sw over ww... its such a good diet and so easy when your out and about
