Sorry girls been MIA again :blush: never lost anthing lately but then haven't been 'on it' but I'm back on the treadmill :D done 3 mile yesterday and 4.5 mile today and have been eating really well.

I always go out for lunch on fridays as a treat with my mum :) lately the chips are banished and I have salad with everything so have re-trained myself.

Hoping for a loss next week, bought a nice top today in Peacocks, size 12 :D *proud*

Hope everyone is having a nice time in this heat, its easier in nice weather isn't it?

your right it is definetly easier in this weather... although today has been my worse day of the week... just a few haribo sweets that have ruined it... nothing major..!! didnt take a grenade today though :(

I brought a high waisted flowery skirt today and it looks flattering on its a size 16 so a long way off from my size 12s and 14s in my wardrobe but I think I will feel confident in it on saturday night :)

see i like fruit etc...but is strawberrys pineapple mango grapes etc all free?
and what about if i was to have pasta with a tomato pasta sauce with sweetcorn and onion with maybe quorn sausages is that all free or do i have to count the sweetcorn as a syn?....and what about butter on ur jacket potooe....also wat about heinz spagetti in a tin ....can boiled potatoes count lmao i cud ask more but i think il stop lol sorry for bombarding u xx

Yep they are all free I think all fruits and veg are!

Pasta - free on green or extra easy days
Tomato pasta sauce - May contain syns depending on if its home made or shop bought
Sweetcorn - free on green or extra easy days
Quorn is free on all days

I use Bertolli light and its about half a syn for a teaspoon! So I still have butter in that way

Heinz spaghetti is free on green or extra easy

Boiled potato is free on green and extra easy or can be used as a healthy extra on a red day

There are so many free foods it very easy to make meals! Hope that helps a bit x
 
ooo thats really good i loove heinz spagetti sooo much lol. i really really wana try this it wil be soo good knowing i can jus have as much as i want of something. so do u like get a book of all the free foods when u join? x
 
Yep you get a book that has all the free foods you can have, All the healthy extras and there measurements your allowed and alot of basic food syn values

That one book is all you need to do the diet x

The roll would be a healthy extra or syns depending on if you have already used your HE but the chicken or ham would be free x

Well I'm still doing well but i didnt get to do the wii fit yesterday. Definitely going to try do it today. being really good though :happydance:

I do the free step, the other step one (cant remember the name), super hula hoop and some of the yoga. You have to unlock some of them though. You can do this by building up your mins on it
 
af has been easing of girls.. about bloody time too.. weighed myself this morning and im 2lb down already so im really pleased

this puts me at 13st 10lb so im not yet down to what i was 2 weeks ago (13st 9lb) but im hoping that it was actually just af that caused me to put on the extra lbs.

for Kerry... i can now do 12 mins on the crosstrainer :happydance: and my instructor has suggested that i do 3/4mins then have a break and then do another 10minutes.. increasing my time on the machine to 14mins.. you never know i might be able to do 20mins like you soon!

definetly feeling more positive now and i feel ready to come back to this thread again.

colin is away now for a week so theres no need for me to make big meals.. theres no snacky food in and my freezer is full with WW meals and ive got baking potatoes to make some healthy dinners too.

i had a training session with my instructer at the gym yesterday.. we extended my programme with a few extra things like the rowing machine and a few extra weight machines plus extended my time on each piece of equipment :happydance:
 
I have just gone and got the My fitness coach for the wii. Will let you know what its like when ive had a chance to get onto it.

Was going to rejoin SW this week but got called into work and noticed they have put my on for the next 2 weeks when my local class is on. Thats just typical!!! Still thought i would just be careful and start exercising until i get a chance to join.

In the meantime can I join you ladieson here?

Well I got to do the wii fit. Did 29 mins. I am wrecked now :rofl: Glad I did it though :happydance:
 
Im really worried that after quite a big loss last week I will put on this week! Im getting a bit obbessed with the wii fit was on it for 2 hours last night and I worry about everything I put into my mouth surely this isnt normal I need to chill out x
