~BnB Biggest Losers~

*sigh* im still at 13st 12lb... i was 13st 9lb 2 weeks ago

af has been here for 10 days though.. dunno whats going on with that :hissy:

been to the gym yesterday and today and going again 2moro to have a review to change my program.
 
oo no i dont mean ww meal as in ready meal i mean as in like a weigh watchers pointed meal... sod that i cudnt jus have that for my tea lol their smaller then small ready meals lol.
i no wat u mean about being out etc but where i dont no about slimming world its so confusing with out getting all the books which i havent got yet...and id still be in the same perdicament when going out like what to have for dinner. the only free foods i no on sw is jacket potatoe and yogurts lol and quorn stuff lol x
 
lol... there is a sw thread in this section somewhere... we are here.. you dont need the bigs really!

you can have jacket potato cheese a beans, steaks, chicken breasts, pasta.. loads :)
 
im really thinking of going to sw meetings evn if its for a few weeks to get a feel for it....if im honest the only thing putting me off is the fact that it seems weird u can have unlimited amount of certain foods and loose weight xx

It works though! Give it a go I find it so easy to follow rarely wondering what to eat as there is so much you can have x
 
yeh i def think you should give it ago... and go to the meetings they definetly help!! :)
 
woooo lost 3.5lbs chinese and champagne tonight for a treat - been extra good all week. just bought my dress for izzy's christening in a size 14 from ted baker - im so happy its gorgeous x x

I have been really busy the last 2 days and didnt get a chance to do any exercise but have been really good with the eating :happydance: so not feeling too bad and tbh I really dont think i could go for a walk in this heat. I wouldnt be able for that :dohh: might try to do the wii fit tomorrow as I shouldnt be as busy

Well girls in back and ..................... ive only gone and lost 6lb! Im soooo pleased with myself x

It must be doing the wii fit I havent really changed anything else!

No because I gained last week will try for next week though im stillk jumping up and down I didnt even loose that much in the first week x
 
wow 6lb bloody hell how?? lol....so can i ask u wat u eat on a daily basis on sw...i just wana no how much really cus im always hungry n i no id eat loads of the free foods xx
 
I ate like a bloody horse lol alway have something in my gob!

Alpen light bars your allowed 2 as a healthy extra
Lots of egg, tuna, pasta, Jacked potatoes

Just really going back to basics and cooking simple meals like meat/fish with veg

and snacking on fruit I know it sounds boring that but there are loads of yummy berrys out at the moment

I havent had to change my lifestyle at all it has fitted in with me I would reccomdend it 100% x
 
see i like fruit etc...but is strawberrys pineapple mango grapes etc all free?
and what about if i was to have pasta with a tomato pasta sauce with sweetcorn and onion with maybe quorn sausages is that all free or do i have to count the sweetcorn as a syn?....and what about butter on ur jacket potooe....also wat about heinz spagetti in a tin ....can boiled potatoes count lmao i cud ask more but i think il stop lol sorry for bombarding u xx
