im 99.9 its just the whole eating how ever much u want and what is actually free lol confusing me meat wise xxx
 
give me a couple of days what you eat....like for example i reckon i wud have 2 bits of toast for brekki with maybe a nana....a yogurt if i get hungry....maybe A jacket pototoe with chopped ham & with cheese for dinner and possible spag bol for dinner with etra lean mince is that right....and obviously i have to count butter in my syns and then dolmio sauce in my syns.....

what do u eat give me a couple of days worth o i can get an idea. and do u use all ur syns every day is it bad too? xx
 
I tried slimming world a couple of years ago and it worked brill for the first 2 weeks, but then I didn't loose a thing for the next 2 weeks after that so ended up jacking it in.

I think I went a bit overboard with the free stuff!!!!

Do those on SW really find they can eat as much as they want of the free food?

Yep 100% make sure I fill up on free food and then I dont eat lots of crap x
 
when u say u went over bored hun how much wud u say u ate on it i wana no if it wud be like what im thinking of eating lol xx
 
I was on SW a year ago and the leader said no matter how much you possibly eat and stuff yourself with free food it still works!! sounds strange dont it, not sure how it works really x
 
it works because its all foods that keep you fuller for longer , :)

its great and I love it ...

but wat do u eat man do u eat loads....cus if ur gud and hv free meals a day n fruit for snacks thn its bound to work....or do u have extra large portions llol probly 4x day as well as snacks n fruit lol xx
 
i just eat when im hungry... :shrug:

not set meals... often a banana for breakfast think they are fab... free on sw, yet a 1 and a half points on ww...! So i used to think might aswell have a pack of wotsits...

but yeh banana.... the jacket pot with cheese and beans for lunch..

now a chinese all within my syns.. cos I do a extra easy day!!

one day I had looooads of pasta tuna and sweetcorn plan was to half it for lunch the following day but I didnt and ate it all :rofl: but its fine :)
 
i went to the gym for an hour and half today, pushed myself really hard.. now im sat eating super noodles..

why do i even bother lol
 
This morning I did 29 mins on the wii fit :happydance: but then for dinner this evening I had lasagne and chips, not too many chips mind but I ate all my lasagne :hissy: It was just so yummy :hissy: and now I really want to have some chocolate :hissy:

Oh well I suppose I'm good most days so I have to expect days like this :dohh:

i had chinese last night :)

got a bit confused with the old chicken chow mein lol... cos I do extra easy.. you count the lowest syn value which is 7 for a green day!! But that syn value is syning the chicken, so surely cos Im do a EE day then it would be even lower than that, and should only have to count the sauce :shrug:

Oh well I had it anyway... and maybe a few to many prawn crackers :rofl:

everyone is doing great....the chow mein hun may of be 7 cus of the sauce im not sure if chow mein is black bean sauce lmao but i think thats about 7 even like sweet n sour n curry sauce is ay.

im feeling sooo positive about it al its great....going to start sw on tuesday and i even bought a cardigan in a size 16 yesterday so sumits working sum where..hoping for a 2lb weight loss this week that wud do be great. i cant wait to be slim :happydance: :happydance:
 
Super noodles are free I never knew that im sooo off to get some! I didnt have chinese in the end I had 2 Jacket potatos with a whole tin of beans and low fat cheese on top x
