hey girls really excited for tonight... hardley ate at all yesterday some pasta and a packet of crisps but feeling positive...

ive had strawberrys and banana for breakfast and ive had a chicken salid sarni on ww bread and 4 chicken nuggets from mac d....but all within points....and i want mash chicken and sweetcorn for dinner but i feels like im doing really crap and bad if i have that cus its a heavy meal....but i been trying to think of it like if i was on sw then i cud have unlimited amounts of it....i mean id stil have 4 points left over so i no its ok point wise gaaahh......and kerry....
