thats fab hun!! Im naughty and weighed myself again today.... 3 lb since yesterday :) but not going to update my ticker till next sunday!!! Im gonna be strong and stay away from the scales :)
 
I lost 1lb this week, not my best week but I have been naughty a few times:blush: plus my af is about to come on:hissy: but I'm still happy as I still lost:happydance: plus my water intake was abit poor this week:dohh:

I always do much better whenever my water-intake has been good, I rarely feel hungry too so it would figure we'd do better the more we drink:happydance:

Get that water into you kerry, drinking less atm will make you retain more.
 
i was told all through pregnancy to drink more water :dohh:

i used to drink loads and your right it def fills you up!!! they say as well that alot of us mistake thirst for hunger!!

water will also help my milk flow!! that is still quite poor!!:(

When I was bf Joe I drank 4 litres a day and I could have bf the whole of the nicu :D so yes drinking more water will definitely boost your supply:cloud9:

ive forgotten how much I actually enjoy ryvetia's and philadelphia!! The points values are so low as well :yipee:

Im feeling a bit down again today... I know its only been 11 days but I still feel and look like a rugby player!! I need to set myself mini targets!! Or else Im going to turn into a recluse!! :(:(
