well i went to the docs and explained what im doing, she has said she will support and have given me a voucher through the nhs for 9 months free at weight watchers!! how good is tht!

I also weighed myself yesterday and ive lost 7lb since then!! My official weigh in day is sat though so can i be added on to the list then pls?

wow thats soooooooo good!! im seeing my doc tomorrow..... i might try and hint lol :) cos i would like to actually go to the meetings but i cant afford it :(

I asked about this today and its because my bmi is high the form was an a4 piece of paper with nhs on the top had orange on it somewhere, depending on your weight depends whether you get 3 6 9 or 12 months free apparantly ask about it but im not sure your as over weight as me chick!

my bmi is 36!! I weigh over 17 stone! Im def going to ask about this tomorrow... thanks for making me aware :)
 
Weigh in is tomorrow and I am still on my period. I really want to lost at least 1lbs. :dance:

I keep skipping in posting in here, O.k started with miel 2weeks ago, since been in the 2WW... from being ill and all i have lost +/-11/12 pounds and i wanted to lose 66pounds and i am down to 54.2 pounds to lose....

I have not been excercising as i have just not been able to stomace anything, or any large amount....

I would love to join, i got :bfn: this morning so might rape my treadmill until next O...

I started of at having to lose 66pounds, so far i have lost to date 11.8pounds just by having the most horrible lung infection and flu....

Thanks suz.... i need to start feeling apart of something, than the :bfn: club.....:cry::cry:

i have decided to take the day off!

i was good at breakfast and had 2 egg omlete,with WW ham and WWcheese with 2 WWbread...

but i found a packet of popcorn at the back of the cupboard.. so now im sat eating that!

now ive stopped bfing my points go down by 10 :( so im gonna reset my goal 2moro at the meeting and start afresh 2moro with my points

Ok - here's my weight story
Used to be a big kid and shed all my excess by the time I was 16 with exercise and good eating.

Kept it up till last year before I got pg. Then I put on 66lbs. I've managed to shed about 37lbs but can't get the rest of it off :hissy: even with exercise and healthy eating.

Perhaps I can pick up some pointers from some experts here!

my problem when I say "start again tomorrow" is I eat excessively!! And I read a book once and it said something like the average woman has put on about a stone in her lifetime by saying "diet starts monday"!!!

By all means not saying this is what your doing :):)

i was tempted to do that today... just eat loads.. but so far ive only had the popcorn mishap!

I lost 2.6lbs this week and I am down 14lbs today to date! I am so thrilled!!!!! :headspin:
