my body is finally starting to resemble something that wont need surgery lol....

still have a big belly but its def going down .... 3 inches in 12 days!!

when can i start excercising??? :)
 
wow a whole stone:happydance: the only exercise I would advise would be walking, I'm not sure about swimming but nothing aerobic or toning till 6 weeks, only another 4 weeks :yipee:

I'm sure you look great hun:hugs: we are all very down on ourselves...*smack* we have to get our attitudes and self esteems up :)
 
wondering what to do about my points. i get an extra 10 points for BFing but the past 2 days ive been bottlefeeding so taken those points off.. but today im kinda half bfing half bottle :S should i just take 5 points?

i weighed my self yesterday and ive still only lost 7lb...i knew i shouldnt have weighed myself on wednesday!!

im hoping for 3lb this week!!

well cos I was doing a bit of both I gave myself 7...

but now Im prob only giving her one feed a day so Im giving myself an extra 2!!

if your doing half and half def go for 5!!! Cos there is an option for breastfeeding with solids and that gives you 5 xx

Hi guys, mind if I join you. I am following the Slimming World plan and have lost 22lbs so far. DH and i have just found out that we need to have IVF, so i need to step it up a gear and could do with some moral support.

Eeeeeeeeek...my weigh in tonight!
If ive put on im going to be so upset!!! But ive been good :) Went to Mc donalds the other day and when id placed the order for my kids and OH, they asked..anything else...i thought about it then replied "no thats it ta"
That might sound trivial to some but to me thats a real big thing. I came home and made myself a nice chicken breast and veggies.

...making wise food choices really makes you feel happy and in control.....

i like ww cos u can still have mcdonalds..... i opted for mcchicken sandwhich or chicken salad sandwhich.... then swap the fries for salad!!! Fries are soooooooooooo not worth 7 points...... thats 2 galaxy ripples :)

i weighed myslef today and ive lost another 1lb so 8lb now...bit disappointed thought it would have been more as i usually drop weight quite fast when i put my mind to it...

im still waiting for the voucher that i had to send off from my doc so i can go to the ww group so i have no idea about this point scheme, up til then im just eatins sensibly!

i am really struggling!! i have absolutely no willpower what so ever!! had every intention of getting up 2day and being really good, do my exercise video and ive gone and hurt my back!!! HELP!!!!
