im so naughty ... getting on the scales everyday!! I really dont understand it though!! Im eating well and surely Im still losing water... why is the scales not showing me this?!?!
I asked doc about excercise and she was happy to let me start... like not expecting me to do a 5 mile run or anything
But I think Im gonna go back to the gym soon
well my old pedometre used to tell me... but i just googled it and it said 10,000 steps is about 5 miles.... so about 7 and a half xx
