im so naughty ... getting on the scales everyday!! I really dont understand it though!! Im eating well and surely Im still losing water... why is the scales not showing me this?!?!

I asked doc about excercise and she was happy to let me start... like not expecting me to do a 5 mile run or anything :rofl:

But I think Im gonna go back to the gym soon :)

Make sure you are eating enough calories. I thought I was eating too many, so I started counting and I wasn't eating enough. If you are nursing and not eating enough, your body will go into starvation mode, because you are supporting another life. Aren't our bodies amazing!?!?
 
Well Ladies :smug: I am in total shock :shock:

I cant believe it..... I lost 3.8 lbs :wohoo:

I really thought I was not going to do good today. I would have just been happy if I did not gain. But Well to my suprise... So.... Last week I got my 10% key chain and this week since I went over 25 lbs, I received my 25 lb weight that you add to the key chain.

My new total is 28.2 :wohoo:

Congrats Tezzy, Vanwest and Leeanne on your weight loss....

So girls, I joined a gym! (The Alaska Club) It is 24-7 and has yoga, spinning, etc! I am going before work tomorrow! YAY!!!! I hope this helps my weight loss too and give me some toner muscles YAY!!!

Had a really good day today... :) and walked 15,000 steps :yipee:

Ate within my points.. even though I needed choc and OH went out and got me minstrels for 4 points!! I seriously am struggling with chocolate withdrawal lol!!

But now Im really peckish again!! Its gone midnight so looks like Ill be eating into tomorrows points!! :(

Im going to re-read this book called "thin secrets, how to be slim without dieting"!!! Its an amazing book.... it basically talks about training your mind to have a different relationship with food!! Treat food like a "naturally" slim person would... as this book goes on the basis that NO ONE is "naturally" slim its all about their mindset!!

ill post some extracts up that Ive found useful once Ive read them :)

well my old pedometre used to tell me... but i just googled it and it said 10,000 steps is about 5 miles.... so about 7 and a half :) xx
 
Looks like my weight is finally gonna do a move.

We have a scale that does pounds and ounces and I see my ounces are decreasing. It also does body fat mass %....afraid to try it right now. LOL
 
Also, I really, really should be on the treadmill but afraid to go on due to my recuperation not being over yet. However, what harm can it do to walk? I have to walk from one end of the school to the other with me carrying Chase in a car seat to pick up my kids. Surely, that's an overload in comparison to walking on a treadmill. LOL
 
So on Monday I started a program at Curves called Curves Smart, and OMG it is kicking my butt. I burned 452 calories in 30 mins! Now Im sore though... :(
 
So I went to the gym today :headspin: And tomorrow I meet with a personal trainer :wohoo: I get 3 visits with one because of my sign up special :headspin:


So to reward myself I am eating more of those POP chips :rofl: Well It didnt kill my diet last week so :rofl:

But!!!!!! BUT B U T!!!!!!

LOOK! LOOK! LOOK! Im super excited! I fit into a pair of my Express jeans... Size 12... Now, I have about 5 other pair size 12 that I cant button yet but they do fit over my Ass so that a good thing! anyways... This pair is a bit stretchy but the tag still says size 12 :headspin: I made hubby take a picture!
