im so naughty ... getting on the scales everyday!! I really dont understand it though!! Im eating well and surely Im still losing water... why is the scales not showing me this?!?!
I asked doc about excercise and she was happy to let me start... like not expecting me to do a 5 mile run or anything
But I think Im gonna go back to the gym soon
Im with you leeanne...I keep saying I will only weigh once a week. But I weigh myself in the AM and before I goto bed lol.

We gotta stop this scale craziness! I vowed I wouldn't go on for two weeks but I've been on it a few times per day.
I am not looking at it, for sure, for a few weeks. It's not moving and it's not making me happy.

awww thanks hun. i am worried cos i lost about 2stone 3pds right after having baby and now suddenly it has stopped. i seem to lose a pound, put it back on and then lose it again. this has been going on for 2 weeks now! getting severly depressed over it
i suspect i am not eating enough. i am going to start following Weight Watchers tomorrow as i still have all the materials until i can join next week and go for walks with Ali to get some exercise. i am sure that will help rather than following my own homemade eating plan!
