I haven't been following a diet... yet. I'm still at the stage that when I pee, I seem to pee... and pee..... and pee some more !!! So I figure I'm still losing water retention.

I was lucky in my pregnancy, in that I really craved healthy food.. and then at the end, I just couldn't fit big meals in, so that curbed my eating too. However, my biggest fear has been confirmed. Once I had Mia, my appetite has come back with a vengeance. I've been struggling to breastfeed.. so I've been bottling every 3 hours... pumping every four.. and not sleeping much at all. So I've been grabbing crisps and chocolate evrytime I go into the kitchen.
I'll be joining WW or SW after my 8 week check :D
 
Im down another 2lb :D its moving very slowly but im determinded to do it !!!

im not feeling much like a loser at the mo.... but as mamafy says... new week!!

My weigh in is sunday mornings... and I nearly ... just nearly was gonna have a binge day!! Cos I know my result tomorrow morning!!

But I was strong and stuck within my points!! Junk food may make you feel good whilst your eating it but not eating it makes you feel so much better once the day is over :):)

I know about the binge... I age another bag of those stupid Pop Chips. Never going to buy those again. But I worked it off with some TTC and the gym :rofl:
 
OMG ann-marie... ive just noticed you way less than pre-pregnancy all ready!! So jealous!! lol!! Well done!

Know what u mean about the peeing too... mine seems to have slowed down now though :(
still have alot of water to lose though :shrug:
 
Wow... so fertility wise, last week was really rough on me. I hardly ate but when I did, it was not really WW food. Still, I guess I did not eat enough. I lost 3.8lbs. In some ways I am glad but my leaders are worried I am losing too much weight,

Good news, I am only 1.2lbs from 10%! Woot! :wohoo:

well...

Ive lost 2 and half pounds..... (but Im only recording it as 2 cos my ticker dont do halfs)

However I got back on the scales to check and it changed to what I was last week .... :shrug: so I then stepped away and pretended I didnt see that!! :rofl:

I def deserve to have lost something... I only had 1 bad day and another day where I had a take-away for dinner!! But since wednesday been keeping in my points and using them on things like fruit etc!!

Im more positive to do it again :) and Im getting on my wii fit!! Im sure its fine!!

I cant help thinking that cos Im having toilet troubles :blush: its not helping my weight loss... Im normally a once a day girl... but I havent been since friday (TMI sorry)!! I have got lacsoluse from the docs but its not helping a great deal... and its so sweet.... surely its full of calories?!?!?!

Good attitude to have mamafy....about not gaining!! :):) I think I would feel more like that if I didnt have so darn much to lose!!

I think I need to set myself mini goals!! I really dont think Ill go out unless Ive lost 2 stone!!

Down another 1lb. I can hardly eat anything now the band is tight( I guess that's the point) lol I didnt meet my points yesterday. It might be hard for me to meet the points from now on but Im still going to eat the WW way :)

Well, I'm back from holiday after a week and I haven't put on anything at all (or lost anything). Just the same as when I'm eating right and exercising! :shrug:

I've been thinking about a ticker - but I'm too embarassed to put one on :blush:

munchkin hun you have absolutely no need to feel embarrassed hun:hugs: you can get tickers that just count down a target to lose but its up to you hun:hugs: if you dont want a ticker then you'll still be able to track how much you've lost on the loser list:happydance: well done on staying the same:happydance:

I stayed the same too:happydance: I am just happy I didnt put on and I have done great today so I'm back on track:cloud9:

Been a bit behind girls. Im doing 2 craft fairs next month and I have SO much to make between now and then... so if I slack a day or 2:blush: I promise to get the loser list updated ASAP.
