mamafy I do think my stupid scales dont work properly they are really inconsistant!!
So I now I dont really know how much I have really lost :cry:

I just survived my first spinning class and my stupid feet were what hurt the most!! I cant wait to see the doc tomorrow... my body needs to get sorted!!

Then I'd either weigh-in at ww's class or just go into boots and hop on their scales in the corner, in fact scrap the ww's class cause you said that was too pricey before. Just go into boots once a week and pay 25p to get a print out:cloud9: I really wouldnt rely on scales that havent as you said been the most consistent:hugs:

i do have my wii fit to weigh myself!! I got a print out at boots last week... done my fat percentage and everything!! :)

Only downfall about boots is I have to weigh myself after food... and I like to weigh myself in the morning before breakfast... to keep in consistant!! But hey ww meetings tend to be in the evening and women are still succesful :)
 
Ive decided that Im gonna go with what you said mamafy.... with the boots weigh in thing!! I go into town most thursdays if not thursday then definetly fridays!! So Ill do that!!

Thinking about it should I just weight until friday as that is my day anyway!??!!

Ooooh now my ticker is all a little messed up!! as the print out I got from boots at 5pm was +5lbs compared to my own reading in the morning!! Bearing in mind I needed a wee :) had my clothes on and had eating breakfast and lunch!!

Ill just do a little re-adjustment with my ticker lol!!

So what do you think?? get my print out tomorrow therefore changing my day AGAIN to thursdays... or just wait till friday!! Im itching to do it...and Im thinking if I wait till friday I might end up having a bad day tomorrow... like I can give tomorrow ... a new start kind of feeling!!

Now thats a plan hun, remember to wear the same thing each time and eat the same things you would normally. You are only going to appear heavier at first as you're weighing at a different time other than morning but do it at the same time every thursday/friday from then on.

It might also put you off weighing yourself on your own scales as you can just assume they're sh1t! :lol:

You can even have it in black/white with the little print out and their scales will be accurate:cloud9:

Im quite excited too.... you know what??!! Im gonna get rid of my scales completely that way no itching to find out and it wont jeopardise my week!! Ill find out exactly how much Ive lost each time I do it!!

Ive decided stick with friday... I have my print out from last week so Ill still be able to see how much I have lost... My lil sis bless her is gonna do it with me... so has about 7lbs to lose for PERFECTION lol... BITCH!! :)

It does seem so unfair that Ive been trying so hard since like a week after birth and not a great deal is going on!!

Also mamafy?? question!! Youve had 5 kids right and obviosuly lost a great deal of weight... what is your skin like etc!!

My belly is still saggy etc and I find it hard to imagine it ever looking slim again!! Im not expecting miracles but will I EVER get back into size 12-14's with this excess skin???!!
 
I do have excess skin Kerry but my stomach kept getting flatter and flatter with each bit of weight loss. Its not like it was but I'm a size 12 and if I got another few lbs off I could be a size 10 bottom:happydance:

I really recommend pilates though, when i'm good a do an exercise video with a 10 minute tummy toning pilates section at the end. You really can notice results:happydance:
 
You have done fab mamafy... you should be so so proud!! its not easy!!!

Im glad Ive got back into my excercise :)
 
Well, i'm feeling completely disheartened as i haven't done a good job of eating healthily in the past few days despite the fact i went and bought lovely fresh food.

SO i've decided to turn a new leaf. If not, i will continue to mope about the fact i've been eating crap.

So I'm gonna stop sitting on the sofa on BnB for an hour and do some wii fit, it will also give me an accurate weight measurement. I'll report back shortly!
 
enjoy your wii fit time hun!!! i should so use mine more!!! My excuse is.... which is a poor one... (OH unplugs the wii to play his stupid ps3 and its too much effort to swap it back) :dohh:!!!

I'm thinking starting swimming soon,do you do some workouts or just diet?
 
im on weight watchers which I do online.... and Ive just gone back to my spinning classes!! They are a killer but make you so fit :bodyb:
 
Hi ladies, just wondered if I could join in ?? :blush:

I've lost a half of my baby weight, the second half is proving a whole lot tougher !!!

DH and I have just bought a treadmill so I'm hoping that 20 minutes each day will help speed things up. I'll have to imagine that someone is dangling a big bar of galaxy chocolate in front of me and it might make me run a bit longer :rofl:
 
I weighed myself earlier and I've lost another 4lbs!! :dance: So have now lost 2stone 1lb since Jay was born and have another 1st 7lb to get to my target weight!!

No secret to the weight loss :lol: I've just lost my pregnancy craving for mcDonalds chips and anything and everything sweet since Jay was born :) In fact even the thought of chips now makes me feel sick - I Od'd on them for 9 months :rofl:

I'm also really dehydrated all the time so am drinking about 3 pints water / squash everyday!!
