Suz, it being my first week I haven't got a weight loss total to send you yet! I'm hoping I'll be able to contact you next Sunday with one =) If you don't hear from me, things haven't gone as well as they should =P

Breakfast ... umm, I don't get up early enough to have breakfast :blush:
I am terrible for eating bread though, I used to eat around 6 slices a day. I'm trying to cut it down to 2 slices a day, 4 if I had dinner that I didn't like. That said, this week was a bit bad as my MIL had gotten us extra thick sliced bread ... so really, 2 slices of that was equal to 4 slices of normal bread. Unfortunately.

As for Wii Fit, I've only had it for 2 days but *love* it. I'm aiming to do an hour a day (30 minutes in the early afternoon, 30 minutes in the evening). As I don't go to the gym it makes me feel a lot better. Whether it will help with weight loss, I don't know. Apparently I gained a pound today =/
 
Erised seriously try to not to weigh yourself everyday!! Easier said than done I know.... Im a serial weigher and it really doesnt help!!! Cos your weight fluctuates so so much so try and stick to the same time each week!!

I weigh myself in boots now... I get a print out and I go by that!! When I was weighing myself at home I would just get disheartened etc!!

Get yourself a weightloss ticker hun!! :) And watch it move :yipee:
 
I prefer not to eat breakfast if I can possibly get away with it :blush: I know it is supposed to be the most important meal of the day - but I SWEAR eating breakfast makes me pile on the weight - When I cut it out of my diet the weight-loss is noticeable very quickly.

I find if I eat breakfast Im hungry soon after!! However if I dont eat... I can often go till dinner :dohh:

This morning I went to a spin class and had my breakfast after.... cos if I eat before I will only want to eat AGAIN afterwards too!!

Today I had my biggest meal at lunch .... a 1/4 of a pizza... which was 6 points and salad!! :)

Just had a chocolate ww bar for 2 points and a cup of tea!!.... possibly some rice cakes later :)

Its going well today!! :)

Oh Im aching too.... I love aching... shows Ive worked my muscles :yipee:
 
They say that you should eat a breakfast. It kick starts your matabolizim (spelling :rofl:) Thats why I just eat that special k bar. But everyone knows there body and what works for them :headspin:
 
i put breakfast and mean't lunch how silly am i....

what do you girls eat for lunch???

Kerry - I don't mean to weight daily, but with Wii Fit I do the Daily Test thing on it, which will automatically tell me my weight. I'm not planning on letting any of the results count though, the only one I'll look at and believe are those on Sundays.

For lunch I tend to have 2 slices of toast with ham, or some cereal as I don't have breakfast. Gonna get some soft cheese (philadelphia) in Tesco a big later as well, and might have some ryvita's with that for lunch tomorrow.

here is a more recent photo of me! this was taken in Salou at the very end of august. I think i was about 13 stone here. and yes i do know i shouldnt have worn what i was wearing LOL

On the wii fit you have the option to skip the body test...

its only a bit of advice but maybe skip it.... sub consciously you will be pissed off if it shows that you have gained or whatever and may make you over-indulge cos your pissed off.... it does me anyway!!

But obviously were all different.... so it may be ok for you xxxxx :hug:

Well, I am happy but it seems to be going off so slow tbh. I used to lose weight more quickly than this without even excercising.

LOL

Anyhow, going to up the ante and work on the treadmill more often. Been doing it, but could improve by being on it longer and a few more days more during the week.
