however, the basics are...
you have a red day and a green day....red is meat and green pasta and potatoes...
each day you choose 2 things from section a and 2 things from section b...a is cheese and milk basically, (250 ml semi skimmed) and 28g of cheddar or 6 extra light laughing cow or 48g of mozarella..there are more though, b is cereals, potatoes (on a red day) (meat on a green day), bread and other things....too many to list
on a red day eat as much lean meat as you like, bacon, steak, cicken, tuna, fish, mincemeat, but sosages are sins, (tesco butchers choice half fat sosages are only half a sin each though) all vegetables are free and all fruit are free so you can eat as much as you like on both green and red days, on a green day you can have jacket potatoes, sin free chips (done by part booiling them, chipping them, putting them in the over covered with fry lite spray...(nice with eggs on top) rice, pasta, 99% fat free super noodles boiled potatoes, mash....all fruit and veg are free again...also muller light yoghurts are free so you can as many as you like in a day...
you are allowed 10-15 sins per day....and they advise yo have them at first as when yo have lost a bit of weight and it starts to slow down yo can decrease your sins to speed it up again but if you havent had your sins then you cant do this...
example of sins....curly wurly 6 sins, chicke chow mein from shippy 8 sins, milkshake from mcdonalds 30 sins, meat feast pizze from pizza hut 160 sins, rice pudding 200g 8 sins, ww chocolate mousse thingy 8 sins,
it really is a good diet and you are literally allowed to eat none stop if you wish, everyone i see at the meeting in their first week say,.,..,theres no way i can have lost weight ive eaten so much but they all do my 2 friends came with me last week so mon was their first weigh in...one lost 5.5 one lost 6.5!!!
if you think you want to try it then go for it its half price membership at the min go on line and have a good look through they do a 7 day eating plan you could follow to give it a try? i hope ive explained it well enough, it seems really complicated but when youve read it its really not
