i do tht on a monday after sw...i dont go mad i just hav somethin nice4 tea and some choccie...once a week i think helps keep me going til the next weigh in...you also have a whole week to go to get it off if you put any on!!
last week i had chicken chow mein from the chinese, 8 sins from the chinky, u could also have a curly wurly for pudding *6* and thts 14 sins for the day! how have you been finding it? i went to a *sayonce* last night and the women had done a curry, i was very good though and took my own jacket potato get me lol
