them weight watches yogurts are REALLY nice and there a £1 for 4 in iceland !!! plus i just sit with dried rasins,i like most fruit n veg so ive no excuse !!!
 
toffee mullerlight yoghurt is nice, v sweet, even a mini size curly wurly as they are v small only 3 sins on sw...baked apple with candarel?

I crumble 1 digestive on to a toffee muller and if you add some sliced banana its a banoffee pudding....mmmmmm

I lost another 2.6 lbs this week. I am so excited about that. I am at 201 lbs :rofl: Thats alot for being a size 12 :rofl: So hopefully by next week I will be under 200 lbs :wohoo: Thats all I want!!!!!!!

i do tht on a monday after sw...i dont go mad i just hav somethin nice4 tea and some choccie...once a week i think helps keep me going til the next weigh in...you also have a whole week to go to get it off if you put any on!!

last week i had chicken chow mein from the chinese, 8 sins from the chinky, u could also have a curly wurly for pudding *6* and thts 14 sins for the day! how have you been finding it? i went to a *sayonce* last night and the women had done a curry, i was very good though and took my own jacket potato get me lol

cheers hayley!! I used to do that after a ww meeting.... but now my OH works nights I cant really do it on a tuesday, cos me and OH cant really enjoy it!!

So I think saturdays might be my day!! Like you said not go mad... but have something that keeps me going!!

Like my mum just said (who has managed to lose a stone and a half on her own back and looks the best she has done since teens at 9 stone 7!!) "her diet was a way of life... not a diet"!! Without treats it becomes adiet and become miserable ad hard to stick to!!
 
I'm a little disheartened this week, nothing lost. AT ALL. But this week is witch week, maybe that changes things?
 
my belly seems fatter at the time of the month, hate it. Can't wait to get pg again

It did for me last week. About 4 days into it, my weight had gone down a pound and the next day another pound. Water retention etc. I suppose.
