I did something last night I should not have done. I've been happy about my weight loss so far and am happy that only 9 lbs. to lose.

But I measured my waist and that depressed me. I need to lose 4 inches to be back to pre-pregnancy shape and into my old clothes. :(

Lee-Anne,seeing as how fast you lost all the weight,those 4 inches will melt down in a snap!

Wohoo did my first weigh in today and lost 4 lbs, i just really need to start exercising now, so that is my goal for this week, to do at least 3 DVD work out sessions. :happydance::happydance::happydance:
 
As it was only my first week of dieting I think most of it was water, but I am following the weight watchers diet, counting points. It suits my meals and if I fancy a snack. What has also helped this weeks is dh is away so only had myself to worry about. But already told dh when he gets home he has to be 100% supportive to me.
 
Slowly pound by pound it's coming off. Haven't been on the treadmill much these past few weeks as they've been hectic and been feeling like crap. Hopefully will try and up the exercising this week.

Another 1 lb. lost for me.

Also re-measured my waist and it's 3" I need to lose :)
 
just come back from my weigh in...

i lost 2.5lb.... wanted 3 but hey ill settle for tht! 10.5lb in 3 weeks, next week im going to try and have no sins as i want to loose 3.5lb as il have got my stone in 4 weeks

Leeds, I have bad days all the time... Like today.. I keep eating Animal Crackers :rofl: Step away from the crackers :rofl: So I just make up for it another day. But what I have been really bad with is counting my points. But my problem is I know Im not going over in my head so I have not been writing it down. I am now wondering if Im ready to switch to Core with Weight Watchers.
 
:headspin: If you can all peak at page one to make sure your totals are correct that would be awesome!!!! Im trying to keep up but not everyone sends me PMs.

Also, I have added a new feature to page one. "Members At-Goal" when you reach your goal...let me know and I'll move you to that list :wohoo:

the core plan is good... and kinda like SW!! Think when I get abit dis-interested in the SW plan I will follow ww core lol... but still go to my SW meeting!!

I think being weighed by someone else is a great incentive!! I know I was going to boots but it was only me who would know etc (although I did tell my mum and sis)!! But this way the person weighing me knows... and can help!!

I am the "Queen" of eating junk food.... My problem is, I have found the low fat junk food. I guess if Im still going to "Pig Out" its better to do it with the fat free stuff ;) What is saving me is NO fast food and NO real beer or at minimum Alcohol. I have my MGD 64s which are 1 point each and it makes me feel like im having a real beer. Just hardly any alcohol and only 64 cals.

Oh, I even have a candy dish at home :blush: which I visit regularly :blush:
 
kerry, being honest i havent cheated YET... some days i havent had any sins, others i have all of them but i dont go over 15 unless its a monday night lol iv got a boost and a green triangle to munch this evening! I REALLY REALLY want to loose this weight so each time i go to have something i shouldnt i look at myself in the mirror and think of baby number 3!!
Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and 1/2 sin sosages are a god send, jacket spuds and the hi fi bars are great as a healthy b...as suz said i have to drink loads of water this week as i NEED to loose 3.5lb to get my stone!

I found a yummy thing to make! I felt so guilty because I had 2 bowls for lunch :rofl: But its all Free point wise :wohoo:

Take one spagetti squash and cook it at 350 until fork tenter. Roast 1 garlic at the same time. (Should take anywhere from 40 to 60 min)

While that is cooking, saute any veggies you have. I used zuccini, mushrooms, white onion and tomatos. Splashed with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil (E.V.O.O. as Rachel Ray would say) Then fresh Salsa.

Once your squash is ready, let it cool for a few minutes then take a fork and rake out the insides. you will have spagetti noodle like pieces. In a large bowl, mix the squash and your veggies and garlic together and YUMMO! Enjoy! Its good for you...

As a tip, substitute pasta for the squash next time you have Spagetti :headspin:
