Hey Losers! I was thinking about changing the name of this thread to "BnB Biggest Losers" What do you think? This way people who arent on WW can get motivated and and have suport from this sticky.... :headspin:

Any tips anyone on how i can get to my points allowance...??

I dont like eating breakfast but i force myself to eat something now...and then im not hungry til evening dinner...but then im only using about 10 points a day when im allowed 22.

It doesnt make sense to me that i have to eat more to lose weight but hey :shrug: if it works it works lol
 
I am not a breakfast eater. but I eat Special K bars in the morning so I have something. They are 2 points. Eat snacks a nice lunch and a good dinner. My dinners are mostly chicken. But I hardly ever use all my points in a day. I think Vicky said her Leader said to make sure to get atleads 14 points in a day.

so your link tell me i am over weight ...kind of knew that but that make it a reality to see it!

Thats correct, I got told that you should have at least 14 points a day to make sure your eatting enough, and too if you miss a meal out it messes with your motabolism, so when you do eat your body doesn't think its going to be fed again so stores more as fat.
