I am not a breakfast eater. but I eat Special K bars in the morning so I have something. They are 2 points. Eat snacks a nice lunch and a good dinner. My dinners are mostly chicken. But I hardly ever use all my points in a day. I think Vicky said her Leader said to make sure to get atleads 14 points in a day.
