I am not sure what weight I was before I got pregnant, but I know I was 66 kgs at the 4 month mark. I did go back down to 66 kgs 2 weeks after she was born, but I have put weight on!!!! I started my fitness routine today a little each day should help, but finding it hard as not done anything for so long, because of a huge belly, swollen body, no energy etc, you all know how it is.
So I did 12 mins on the stepper and 10 sit ups, the same later today. Tomorrow I will do 13 mins twice a day and 15 sit ups. If I end up hurting as I've done too much, then I will go backwards rather than forwards. I am also keeping a record of how many steps I do in the amount of minutes I do. this morning was exactly 400 steps each leg in 12 mins!!! I was quite surprised.
My incentive is that I hate the jeans I had tp buy as I couldn't get in any of my trousers at all, so the sooner I lose weight, the sooner I don't have tp wear them!!!!!!
So at the moment, since Gabbi was born, I have lost 24.20 lbs
