I bought a new pc last week for £600 bloody thing is faulty keeps freezing. Its got to go back Monday. I really hate computers sometimes

Well i was told by pc world they i needed a new laptop (about £500) but then i got a second opinion for a guy in a pc shop on my street and he fixed it for £100 and its just like new!! Stupid pc world!!!
