Boy or girl? Nub theory

I had this ultrasound at 12 weeks. Ramzi theory said boy at 8wk. Everything pouts to boy and we really want one! Although a healthy baby is #1 priority of course. I all of the sudden have a feeling a girl though! I have a 4D at 16 weeks planned. We'll know then! Thoughts on my 12 week nub theory? Thanks!
