Boy or girl? Please guess

This is my 12 week ultrasound. I've been very sick this whole time. Heart beat at 8 weeks was 170 heart beat at 12 weeks was 173. Can anyone guess what I'm having?

I'm hoping for a girl since I done have a boy. But either is fine it got another 8 weeks til I find out so I'm grinding teeth over here!
