Braest milk question about pumping

Hi everyone new to this form I just had my baby on the 26 of augest so far he's been brast feed and pumped for I pump milk and give him it in a bottle my question is how long can pumped milk be out side and how long can it be left in the fridge and how long it be left in th freezer for until its good to drink like I heard u can freeze milk for a whole six months

Room temp - up to six hours
In a cooler or insulated bag - up to a day
Fridge - five to eight days
Freezer - three to six months, 12 if in a chest freezer
