I am a 22 year old single mom, and I have an extreme case of brain fog. I used to be a social person, but now my brain feels so dull, I can't make conversation (even when spoken to first) or think clearly to do my studies. I was just wondering if this was normal, because of taking the night shift by myself, or could I have a problem? I'm really worried about it. :S

It just sounds like you are knackered sweetheart! xxx

I'd say all down to tiredness as well
can you get any help to have a break?

Maybe wouldn't hurt to get your thyroid (T4, T3, TSH) checked.

Brain fog alone doesn't sound like mental illness to me (usually the meds that cause cause it anyway lol) but a check up would probably be a good idea.
