Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.
I think you'll be fine if you're not expressing untill then.
I've started giving Caitlyn formula during the day, and to be honest she isn't that interested in breast feeding during the day anyway. She still has her first and last feed of the day. (And some comfort ones during the night! )
I went back to work full time when all my lo's were around 3 months old but still managed to continue to bf them all till at least 9-12 months+.
I used to express every lunch time. Some ppl express mid morning too but that wasn't practical for me.
I'd sterilise everything the night before, store expressed milk in fridge @ work till home then keep it in cool bag with ice blocks to keep fresh until I got home.
I also built up supply of expressed milk in freezer so OH could give to lo in bottle whilst I was @ work.
Make sure you take spare clothes to work in case you leak. Only happened to me a coupple of times thankfully but can be a bit embarassing.
