Could you post the recipe too?

Sure can. It's very easy to make!

175 g digestive biscuits
50 g roasted and chopped hazelnuts
15 g dark brown soft sugar
100 g unsalted butter, melted
250 g Dark chocolate
100 g Icing sugar
350 g Full fat soft cheese
450 ml Double cream
40 ml Baileys

Lightly grease (I use a little butter) a large loose bottom tin. To make the base crush the biscuits, then add the hazelnuts and brown sugar; mix in the melted butter. Press into the tin and place in the fridge while you make the filling.

To make the filling:

Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water. Meanwhile heat the icing sugar and cream cheese together on a very low heat on the hob, mixing until smooth and then fold in the whipped cream. Remove from the heat and fold this mixture in to the melted chocolate and add the Baileys.

Carefully spoon over the biscuit base and level the surface. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.

Then just try your very best to share :haha:

oh my god, that recipe sounds like heaven!

i want... no wait.. NEED to make that!

No but u could do it over an electric kettle that's open u don't need an oven

you reckon it could be made in a microwave?

Yup, as long as you are stood over the microwave as you did it. Burnt chocolate is a sin against nature itself :haha:

Melt the chocolate in a glass dish or pyrex jug and stir it every 20 seconds or so until it looks like it is very nearly there. Any little lumps will melt with the warmth from what has already melted.

Pretty much the same with the cream cheese and icing sugar but mix the hell out of it each time you check on it. It only needs warming and blending through not cooking.

Just don't put it back in the 'BING' when you have added the whipped double cream and it should be absolutely fine
