Ok, so i'm a school teacher and i'm breast feeding. Since returning to school my little boy sleeps terribly. We think this may be because he is not drinking enough during the day and i don't seem to be able to express enough, he doesn't seem to enjoy solids yet (unlike his greedy parents!). I only have chance to express at break and lunch and i've only been able to express about 4oz or so each time, i know that this isn't enough. I return home and feed him. he then feeds every 2 hours or so through the night and now i'm super tired. Do any of you lovely ladies have any tips on how i might combat this problem?

Co-sleeping mums often encourage this sort of reverse cycling, it's a way to get lots of lovely cuddle time and give baby gentle undivided attention at night.

But yes, it does make you tired!

I have no advice but no exactly how you're feeling :hugs:. As you know I'm a teacher too and I'm up with Daisy every 2 hours pretty much at night too. being up all night then running around after thirty 4 and 5 year olds is exhausting!
