it really depresses me. i dont have the time or energy with looking after a baby to excercise. I wish I did. My back always hurts frm an injury which went away during pregnancy. GRRRR! I want to be skinny again, not as skinny as I was a few years ago but maybe 10stone. Long as I can do up my coat and get my trousers to sit above my flappy bit.

It is hard to excersise with injuries. Hey its hard without any injuries too.=-) I'm mainly going to increase my walking with my daughter, now that the weather is nicer.

I have a tens machine which helps with the pain and I am more active after that but in the mornings its so hard getting up, my back is ok in the evening as it takes the whole day for it to un knot. I was a psyceo and since I am double jointed I was told I will always be sore, this is from the bike accident I had years ago and they missed my whip lash so I was near hump back 2 yeas later when I complained every day to my doc about my neck. I was skinny then.
I got that tens machine just before I got preg, I was so dam happy it help. Bit to happy lol :rofl:

I used to do yoga every morning and was so fit. Wish I could get back that way. I get motivated for a day then I just dont bother again. I have the will power for everything else but it. I can motivate people but not me :hissy: w I am sat here with aching back and cant be arsed to get up as William is asleep and I am enjoying the me time here before cleaning the house.
 
hi, i really need to do somthing about my weight to, I was gestational diabetic when I was pregnant so I was really good and didnt eat anything bad for you(it worked though as I only put a stone on while I was pregnant)but since having ella I have a really poor diet and keep saying im making up for lost time and making excuses not to start being healthy, but I do have about a 25lbs to lose to be a healthy bmi.
 
Oooo great idea!

I am lighter than when I first got pregnant as I am quite overweight so no baby weight just prebaby eating too much weight to loose and about 4 stone.

I used to go to weight watchers but they seem to change their diet plan every year and it takes me a bit to grasp it.

Thing is I know what I should be eating and that I shouldnt eat as much and do more things that get me active....but I just have no motivation.

OH and I are going to start back at swimming again....does anyone know if you can take a baby swimming that asnt had their injections yet or if your meant to wait??
I also have the wii fit to excersise and track my weight and BMI. I rode horses but havent been for over a year:blush:but its something I want toget back doing very soon...just waiting for my 6 week check to see what they say as I had internal and external stitches.

I had gestational diabetes too and only put on a stone too:happydance:
And I think because I was craving fruit and veg and was totally off sweet stuff and also had to stay away from pastas and curry I went all out after the birth. But I am still lighter than when I got pregnant. All I know now is I am 10lb heavier than I was this time last year:blush:

Not sure about swimming and injenctions. I am thinking about getting a Wii fit. Especially for winter. Definitely wait for your 6 weeks to start excercising...I was so sore in the beginning.
 
Well...its a new day. At least for me. I did good yesterday and drank all my water. Today I WILL do my toning DVD.
 
Went for a long walk today with LO and have eaten pretty healthy!! All going good so far but i'm still over on my daily calorie intake :sad1:
 
second day of my diet :) (Weight watchers) i do get 30 points but i still feel hungry all day, its proberly cos im so used to binge eating sugary foods and just eating CRAP! had my 5 a day tho and my dairy :) so its all going well

Yay for the long walk. What's your calorie goal for the day. I used to count calories before I was preggers. I lost 30 pounds that way. I'm not ready to count calories yet. I want food so much, I think I would cry.:dohh: That's breastfeeding for you.

Great job for eating healthy and getting your 5! I so know what u mean about sugary foods. I really want to make homemade chocolate chip cookies right now.
 
On the surface - 27 lbs. lost and all, almost all my pregnancy weight - it seems like I'm doing great, but I'm such a glutton!! I should be much thinner by now. :sad2:

Great job for eating healthy and getting your 5! I so know what u mean about sugary foods. I really want to make homemade chocolate chip cookies right now.

Pre pregnancy I was 67kg, right before Cooper was born I was 84kg, I'm now about 73kg so 6kg to go, although if I can lose a couple more as well I'll be happy as Larry.

I've got my best friends wedding in September and thats my target for looking good and treating myself to a fab frock.

What exercise are we all doing if any? My problem is my massive milk filled g cups!!! I'm thinking of starting pilates, I used to do that twice a week and it was fab.
