it really depresses me. i dont have the time or energy with looking after a baby to excercise. I wish I did. My back always hurts frm an injury which went away during pregnancy. GRRRR! I want to be skinny again, not as skinny as I was a few years ago but maybe 10stone. Long as I can do up my coat and get my trousers to sit above my flappy bit.
It is hard to excersise with injuries. Hey its hard without any injuries too.=-) I'm mainly going to increase my walking with my daughter, now that the weather is nicer.
I have a tens machine which helps with the pain and I am more active after that but in the mornings its so hard getting up, my back is ok in the evening as it takes the whole day for it to un knot. I was a psyceo and since I am double jointed I was told I will always be sore, this is from the bike accident I had years ago and they missed my whip lash so I was near hump back 2 yeas later when I complained every day to my doc about my neck. I was skinny then.
I got that tens machine just before I got preg, I was so dam happy it help. Bit to happy lol

I used to do yoga every morning and was so fit. Wish I could get back that way. I get motivated for a day then I just dont bother again. I have the will power for everything else but it. I can motivate people but not me
