Breastfeeding Moms Weightloss Support Group

Well girls...I did it! I've lost a pound. This is a big pound because it puts me below the 200 mark!!!!! I'm so happy. My next goal is to lose 2 pounds.

I haven't weighed myself since having my son. But I can do up my size 13 pants that I wore about 6 months after my first son - so I like that! Going to start doing light exercises today I think. Some pushups, squats, and plank holds for now. Very few reps and do it every day. Slowly build up to more. I'll probably wait a few weeks before I start running again, but I'm doing lots of walking with my boys!

i dont understand how im biggger then a size 18!! bought some jeans! too small!
 
I've been ill and havent really been able to keep food down for 48 hours so hopefully some weight loss this week (although i no its the rong way to go about it)
 
BTW I brought some size 10 jogging bottoms today by accident thinking they were sze 14 :dohh: But they fit!! Bit tight but they fit!! :happydance:

How often does everyone weigh themselves? Me.......several times a day.
 
I'm trying to only weigh myself once a week, twice at the most.

I weigh on my wii fit and I like to do the body test a couple times a week!

haha i made a whole massive pot yesterday! and decided to put some chillies in for a kick, and put WAY to much in, had to pour the whole soup away, gonna try again later lol

I REALLY like cheese too. This week I'm doing better on the eating front--bad on the excercise
 
Well done hun!! I have tried to go for a power walk with the buggy every day, then I come home and eat cheese :(

Good thing is I not had chocolate for a few days though :D

I've managed to put on weight!! :dohh::hissy:

Mon - Weds I bared ate a thing

Yesterday I had a great day on WW, well within my points.

I'm guessing that my metabolism slowed due to not eating when unwell and anything I've ate it has just stored on me! Grr!

Not letting it get me down, going to have a great week and I WILL see results next friday!

P.s..

But even though I've put on weight I've lost half an inch off both my waist and my hips!! SOOOOO confusing!!
