Breastfeeding with piercing?

For future reference for when I get my bfp for baby #2.
I never breastfed him but I really want to try next time. Problem is I have both nipples pierced.... does this stop that chance of breastfeeding??

It shouldn't be a problem as all the milk producing tissue is in the breast itself. It might just be a bit messier if you leak because there are extra holes for the milk to come out of! (+ obviously you'll need to remove the jewellery for a proper latch)
