bruised / achey feeling down below

Not sure how to describe this other than to say it feels like bruising, when I stand up from sitting or laying down, sometimes when I'm walking about. If I press with my hand there's no pain so I know it's not bruising but that's all I can think of to describe it... anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? Ftm 33 weeks...
