Buggy customisation!

Hey everyone, not sure if this is the right forum! Basically i have a cheapie mothercare pushchair/ stroller that i want to customise!

im planning on basically covering it in a plain fabric

and then making a liner with a pattern to go on top

but if you see the pics i was also wondering all teh blue plastic bits on the frame, would it be possible to paint them to match what i'm gonna do with the pram?

also any advice / tips before i do it?!?

your best bet is to take the seat off and make a pattern out of it, then you know itll deffo fit x
