Hi ladies. Hope you are all well.
My mind has been particularly baby crazy lately, so one day after work I went to the library to scope out some pre-preggas reading. I found (and finished reading already lol) "Planning a Baby?" by Sarah Brewer. It may be a bit of a bore for those of you who are already mummies, however those of you out there like me waiting to be a mum for the first time, it's not a bad read. I've been giving my DH random facts every now and then, which he likes a lot!
I have found that it has really helped me with feeling frustrated waiting - for the moment anyhow.
Just thought I'd put that out there...
Has anyone else come accross a good pre-conception read to keep the mind occupied? If so, I'd love to hear about it! Xx
