You'll get a lot of varying opinions on this one. I'd rather give up caffeine than drink anything decaf, but that's a personal preference after reading about how things get decaffeinated. Since, I don't see any reason to give up caffeine entirely when I can simply limit my intake, that is what I choose to do. Certainly giving it up completely is an option that some will find easier to do than others, but I've always found moderation works best in my life.
