lol i guesstimate all the time LOL

i never weigh stuff out for my buttercream, i just throw it all in a bowl, mix it, just taste n check consistency!! dont think ive ever once weighed stuff for my buttercream LOL

georgie......for cupcakes i use buttercream.

and to make a bow u will need to add gum trag to ur fondant (so it firms up and sets harder) :

lol i know!! he sticks it to the worktop, put a hole in it, leaves a jagged edge on the strip....they work well fast!!!
none of them are made with love like all ours are eh girls??!!

ALWAYS buy from him only on Ebay though and not his website.
Hes a total tosser, I ordered about £100 worth of stuff off his website, and waited 2 weeks eventually contacted him and he said it had been sent blah blah blah.....
Was on the brink of having to cancel the cake I was due to make and he sent it next day delivery (still claiming it ws sent 2 weeks earlier obviously not realising that the courier had stuck "next day delivery" stickers all over the box!)
When I complained I got nothing but abuse from him, obviously because I had bought from his website I couldnt leave any feedback!

STILL hasnt showed up!!

i opened a dispute and his arguing how its my fault that i wasnt in when a courier delivered it, even though i rang the couriers and they said no delivery has been attempted!!
