Calling all Fur-parents!

Hi Ladies, Just wanted to introduce my kitty.

This is Daisy, she's a Calico, Just over 8 months old, born on the 30th April. We got her at 8 weeks old.

She likes treats, biting everywhere she can, Chasing cable ties round the room likes to wake me up by kissing me and biting my nose, sleeping in odd positions and loves my LO chasing her around the house.

This is when we first got her. (Sorry for the photo overload)

Now at 8 months.

That's how she used to sleep as a little un', on the pillow next to be usually. Now she has a bed and still sleeps in bed with me

Do any cats use their beds? I've bought a few over the years and they never get used! At least they will use the cat condos.

Awwwwwwwwww how cute!! I have a one year old Siberian forest cat and I love him to bits! From the first night we got him he liked to sleep curled around my head and now he is way too big for that but he still likes to snuggle with us in bed or sleep at the end of the bed. I bought him a bed when he was a kitten but he has never slept in it! He also has a pouch he loves to sleep in

Next month we are getting another Siberian kitten to keep him company when we're not home, and this kitten will be an orange one!

Does anyone else's cat meow at the bathroom door when you're in it with it closed?

Yep! He only started doing it recently, I have to open the door and let him in lol

Meg, siberian's are awesome. That is what my cat is. She is big enough to be mistaken for a Maine coon but she is certainly a Sib.

Tver, mine does the Yowell that she only does when she is going to puke. Apparently me needing to pee with the door shut is that traumatic.

Ohh lilly, do it. They are the most loving breed on the planet. Ashe has been lying on my lap for the last hour just purring getting tummy rubs. They are pack cats and just want to be with the family every moment of every day.

She's in her bed now but usually when i have the electric blanket on, she's roaming the bed She also follows me everywhere!

Our female cat who sleeps in the living room sleeps in one and our male cat sleep on my mom's bed.

Oooh I would love a lap cat. My oldest likes to be picked up and held over your shoulder like a baby but I dont have any that would just sit in my lap.

So jealous your furbabies snuggle! It's taken 3yrs but my babies can all atleast be on the same bed now lol
Does anyone else have non-related pets that snuggle? Was it an immediate bond or did it take awhile for them to get used to each other?

they are very affectionate, social, intelligent cats. he will greet everyone new that comes to the house and let them cuddle him. and he plays fetch and walks on a leash. we just love them, that's why we're getting another

first we got Precious when she was about (not certain) 14 weeks, a couple week later we got Bentley who was.. well ill say young, she said he was 8 weeks but when i had puppies i realised he was much younger. but this is them on their first night together, they instantly bonded.
Bentley had severe worms when we got him, literally like he was shitting spaghetti, he did a poop and had some poo out of his bum so he went to Presh's bed and wiped his poo all over it, she went over to it, sniffed it and just pulled her blanket over it and laid on top of it, i was then told she will have done it cos she will have smelt something wrong in his poo and would have covered it then laid on it to stop any potential predators smelling his 'weakness' idk how true that is but its still cute. so yeah these bonded literally within minutes.
