Calling all Fur-parents!

I had a phonecall from my mum this morning saying they had to have the 5year old german shepherd dog pts. He kept chewing things and apparently some of what he had been chewing had been building up in his body. He was at the vets overnight but they said they didnt think he would pull through the surgery.

I'm so sorry! That's very sad! At least he's not in pain anymore, but it's always so sad when they're young.

OMG Clynn! What a wonderful moment to experience! Is everyone feeding and doing well? How is mom? Was it a long birth?

Momma and babies are doing great, she's nursing them and they are all really good weights, especially for this size litter! It was the longest kitty labor i've witnessed out of all of my rescues she was SO exhausted at the end- in the beginning she had large contractions for about an hour before she popped out#1, five minutes later #2, five minutes after #2 came #3, about 20 min in between #3 and #4, an hour in between #4 and #5, and an hour between #5 and #6. About 3.5 to 4 hrs all together. She was having mini-contractions for about two nights before the full on labor hit.

Yep, he's exactly that. I've fallen head over heels with the breed. He's my first dog ever but he won't be my last! He's like my first kid really

So its been several months now since my OH's beloved border collie passed away, and he decided he was ready for another new Best Buddy and companion...

Introducing & Welcoming to our home...

"King" (Potentially pending a name change to "Turbo" chosen by OH's oldest daughter)

He is a year and a half old, his former owners are moving out of country so he was def' in need of a new home... he's been an outdoor dog his entire life so we've got quite the adventure ahead of us! He's still not 100% comfortable with our hardwood & linoleum floors, but he sucked it up & got brave and crossed them for our daughter when I got up to go get a glass of iced tea! (Prior to that, he was "hiding" in the cat bed which was far to small for him)

Havent posted the pictures of Percy that I promised but will soon! I just cant find my USB cable, been busy with school and just found out we are expecting baby #3. Percy can now sit on command and lay down He is getting too big to sit on my lap but he doesnt seem to understand that He has been biting less, hasnt yet quit fully but I think he's just teething.

This is my new fur baby Rez,
we got him the other day, the family we got him was moving and they couldnt take him sadly! He is the sweetest! I had another cat, and two rats as well but no photos just yet!

I am ttc, and I doubt my love for them will go away...I have loved animals for so long! I and even certified as a veterinary assistant and I work at a pet supplies store
