I wondered if any opk experts could help me please?
After months of TTC 'naturally' I'm going to use opks this month. I know that when you get a positive it means you are likely to ov within 24-36 hours, but I wondered if there's any way of getting the timing right? In previous months me and hubby have tried bding every day but haven't managed a yet, so this month we decided to try every 2-3 days. But if we're going to do this and use OPKs should we BD on the day of the positive ov test or the day after? I dont want to miss the eggy but dont want to use 'matured' sperm at the wrong time! Hope that makes sense.
Can anyone help please?
