I had a private gender scan today which revealed we are having another girl..

We were so overwhelmed with finding out the sex that we didn't ask any questions, the sonographer told us that growth looks normal and we listened to the heartbeat, we had a DVD with some pictures on so took it to mils to shoe them, while looking back at the pictures I couldn't help notice baby's top lip, to me it looks like a cleft lip but this was never mentioned, although he did keep asking if we have any questions...

I'm no expert but I don't see what resembles a cleft lip in this picture. It's still a little early too. But also I don't think the sonographer would have said anything anyway - they're usually just responsible for taking the pictures, your doctor is the one to evaluate them and determine any results. Was this done at your doctors office or was it just a ultrasound place? I'd wait until you get your 20 week/anatomy scan done where they're actually doing all the measurements and everything, because a cleft lip is one thing they specifically look for.
