Hey all as i gave birth after 24 weeks of pregnancy i was still entitled to my Maternity Leave from work 6 weeks of 90% pay......

But will i still be entitled to Statuary Maternity Pay after my 6 weeks of 90% pay....Just worried if i will be gettin money or not??

if you are entitled to the 6 weeks at 90% then you are entitled to a remaining 33 weeks at SMP rate. You are entitled to exactly the same mat leave as if your baby was here with you x

Im a bit mad with work actually because ive had no letters from them stating im on maternity leave or anything and its been 4 weeks!! xx
