Sorry I have never used an underwire nursing bra, but a good place to check is amazon, because you can read all of the reviews on each bra

I posted somewhere else too about this, but I use Elomi. It gives me more support than my normal bra and I actually feel ok going out in public in a tshirt.

I bought mine at a Motherhood outlet. Do you have a Gordman's nearby? They have motherhood clothing and bras at a discount price.

I actually get really good support from the wireless Anita International ones. Might be worth a shot?
Motherhood Maternity stores definitely have wired nursing bras. They only go up to an F cup if that works for you.
