The two main risks from Pate when pregnant come from listeria and too much vitamin A. I don't think the vitamin A risk is much of an issue, but obviously listeria is. If it is home made the listeria risk is minimal.
It really depends on the recepie. Mr Foo makes his with egg to bind it together, so obviously we'd need to check that was properly cooked. Other than that, the salt content might be a problem too.
Have a look at the ingredients and decide if she could eat each of these individually. If she can then having them all together won't be a problem.
I wouldn't want to give her too much though, it is quite a rich food and might be difficult for her to digest.
