Can erect nipples be a symptom??

Hi just little update about me. I have been off the pill for 2 months now, my last period(first proper) was 1 day late and was as before I went in birth control pills. Now I am 4 days late with no feeling that af is coming.

I usually and have always had invert/flat nipples and now they are so erect and abit sore when touched.

I have no other symptoms apart from feeling pelicular

I would say not typically...have you tested yet?
