I had HCG trigger shot on 11th April and ovulated on 13th April, doctor confirmed on 14th April that my follicle have ruptured via ultrasound so it means that I did ovulated but my temps doesnt show any sign of ovulation yet.

Doctor said the follicle have ruptured so it means I have already ovulated but my temps arent showing anything such? I had O pains on Sunday morning so I am sure I ovulated at that time.
Please share your views. Is it like I might not have ovulated?
