Yes, generally the first sign is their normal feeding pattern changing and decreasing. Another sign is different consistency/color in their poos. Hope he doesn't get it and that you feel better soon!

Just make sure you wash you hands thoroughly, at every opportunity - especially before you touch him. And keep cleaning all your surfaces with an anti-bacterial spray as often as possible.
