Sorry for asking a silly question but I am a bit confused. I have PCOS and rarely have a period, cycles can be up to 150 days
I bought a large pack of OPK online so I could test most days to try and make sense of any "cycles".
To date I have never had a positive ovulation result. To start with there wasnt even a second line showing, just the control line. Then I started to get faint test lines however the instructions say the test line needs to be as dark as or darker than the control line to be classed as positive. Last week the test line was getting darker though still not enough to be classed as positive. Now the test line has gone back to extremely faint/barely there. What does this mean? Or does it not mean anything at all? I usually take the test same time of day around lunch time or afternoon so I dont think its anything to do with that. Was I close to ovulating and then my body decided not to bother or what?
Any information any of you ladies have on this would be greatly appreciated as I am so fed up is it so much to ask for a positive OPK just once?!
Thanks in advance xxx
**may also be helpful to know I have been testing since beg of sept this year and my last set of blood work taken in august showed that all hormones within normal range except progesterone which was less than 3**
