Ahh ok found it!! That wasn't too hard lol.
So its an article in Mother&Baby (will post a photo so you can see for yourself also, hope you can read it from the angle)
It says:
If you're having a baby, now's the time to indulge in your craving for fish fingers. New research has revealed that eating fish helps lower anxiety in pregnancy, thanks to the omega 3 fatty acids it contains. Just make sure you stick to the new seafood rules...
Don't overdo it. Limit Tuna to no more then four cans a week. Avoid shark and swordfish, as they contain mercury.
Do cook it. Fish and shellfish should be fresh and cooked through. Smoked fish such as salmon is fine.
Don't avoid sushi. If it's been frozen at -20C for 24 hours, its fine to eat. All chain restaurants will do this.
Do get your portions right. As part of a healthy diet, two portions of white fish and one oily per week can reduce stress.
Then there is a side note that states ....
'In pregnancy, don't eat more then two portions of oily fish, such as salmon , mackerel and sardines per week. '
Hope that helps
