Have you been in employment and earning over £97 a week in the past 2 years?

You may be entitled to contribution-based JSA but will have to show you have paid in enough NI contributions and that you are actively seeking work. It is only paid for 6 months.

You won't be able to claim JSA income-based due to your partner's income.
