Can I still ovulate without "feeling" it happen?

So many people on here talk about having cramps or twinges when they ovulate. I have never in my life noticed anything like that. Maybe because I'm on the overweight side? I have no idea.

Are there other people that have gotten pregnant that don't feel those twinges or signals? I'd like to know if it's okay that I don't feel it.

I am one of those that usually feel it when I o, but there are some months I don't feel it as well. My temp will go up indicating that I O'ed, and I'll be surprised since I didn't feel anything. So, yes, you can o and not feel it.
