Can i work PT for my employer and still claim SMP?

Can i work PT for my employer and claim SMP?

Or do i have to be "not working" and just return to work when i want to?

No, you can't work and be on maternity leave at the same time.

They allow you 10 KIT (Keeping In Touch) days over the term of your leave - for which you can be paid, and are free to negotiate the amount of pay with your employer.
