Can tootache be an early sign of pregnancy?

Hi everyone. Im new here. For a few weeks ive had nausea, tender breasts, cramps and one day i spotted for a few hours (know it wasnt af as it only lasted a few hours and was 2 weeks early) now ontop of all that ive got severe toothache. Right top and bottom jaw. Tested a week ago, was a bfn.

Anyone else had these and had a bfp test?

*maybe should have added dtd on CD 9-12 and again on CD 17-21. AF not due until 12/05/2016

Yes it can be early sign of pregnancy, I am a dental assistance and it's due to the hormones if you are pregnant. Fx

The one time I got a bfp, one of my earliest symptoms was sore gums. I think toothaches can definitely be a pregnancy sign. Keep testing and good luck!
